Connect2Luton are excited to recruit a Data Analyst on behalf of Luton Borough Council.
Y ou will be responsible to:
- To undertake a review of all existing key performance indicators across the service
- To ensure that data reporting is fit for purpose and that data reporting is developed for the CX system and other relevant linked housing IT systems
- To ensure that data is accurate, consistent and reliable and to undertake data cleansing as and where necessary, including recoding
- To ensure that data recording is consistent and to identify and resolve any issues with this
- To ensure that data and reporting is unified across the service and to design and assist with the implementation of a data assurance scheme across the housing service
- To ensure compliance with data requirements of the RSH and the Housing Ombudsman
- To undertake data exploration and analysis using statistical tools and techniques, to identify patterns and relationships and to feed into learning and service improvement
- To create clear data visualisation by creating visual representations of key data finding through graphs, charts and dashboard for each area of the service, to make service performance understandable for all key stakeholders including officers, members and residents
- To prepare reports and presentations of key findings to stakeholders to feed into decision making and policy review.
- To collaborate across the housing service and with other linked services to help housing services make informed decisions based upon data insights
