We have a fantastic junior finance opportunity for those wanting to work for an international media and talent agency! If you're a recent finance / accounting graduate, or are looking for the next step in your accounting career, then this London-based role is not to be missed!
Responsibilities:
- Process and code weekly purchase invoices and orders
- Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts monthly
- Manage invoice payment process
- Input and allocate cash receipts appropriately
- Ensure timely submission of corporate credit card and expense claims
- Review and process expense claims
- Address invoice, payment, credit card, and expense queries
- Support debt collection efforts
- Perform general administrative tasks and team support
Requirements:
- Strong academic background
- Finance Degree Preferred (1st / 2:1)
- 0-1 years industry experience
- Basic Excel proficiency
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Interest in media
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive and tenacious attitude
