Our excellent client in Staverton is looking for an enthusiastic Team Administrator to join their fun and friendly team on a permanent basis.
This role could suit an Engineering/Science graduate, or someone with a passion for technical writing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced company with thorough, in-depth training and great career paths within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Support and develop all client support and maintenance accounts
- Develop relationships with maintenance clients
- Schedule and coordinate PPM works and assist with coordination of minor works projects for clients
- Assist with costing PPM maintenance works
- Assist with the creation of maintenance contracts and manage renewals
- Oversee and assist with the administration of all incoming maintenance defects / works
- Oversee the arrangement of subcontractors works and programmes producing / reviewing / submitting RAMS
- Produce PPM Report's and Quotes for PPM related activities
- Coordinate maintenance works and provide administrative support where required
Candidate Attributes:

- Strong time management and organisational skills
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
