French Speaking Management Accountant | 12 month FTC | Up to £60k | Manchester
Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting for a talented and dynamic French speaking Management Accountant on a 12 month FTC in Manchester. You will play a key role in managing month end duties, conducting financial planning and analysis, reconciling balance sheets, and enhancing procedures and controls.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Perform detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Calculate and post accruals to ensure expenses and revenues are recognised in the correct period.
- Analyse and control costs, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in both local and French contexts.
- Compile and present monthly Board Packs and Profit & Loss Accounts.
About you:
- ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified accountant
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
