Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary students
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to facilitate their academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and initiatives
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a strong sense of community
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a passion for primary education
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students and respond to changing circumstances
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow as an educator
- Dedication to supporting the holistic development and well-being of every child
