Basic: £50k Approx. OTE: £120K Car Allowance + Company Car
I am looking for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to run + further develop my clients successful Lettings branch in SW London for this market leading agency. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in and around SW London.
Roles
- Bring Valuations to Market.
- Winning and developing new business
- Knowledge of the current Residential Lettings market and associated legislation
- Manage Landlords from instruction to rental + further
- Highly organised with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Natural sales ability, energy and dynamism
- Manager negotiatons between landlords and tenants
- The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- Provide training + development opportunities ot team members
- Proactively generate new instructions

- Excellent communication + leadership skills
- Proven Lettings Manager track record
- Confident and outgoing
- Proven track record
- UK Driving license (essential)
- Target driven
- Highly presentable
- Ability to work under pressure
