Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
£70,000 - £75,000 + 15% Bonus
Aila is excited to announce that we're partnering with a London based, leading, listed and global brand in the recruitment of an ambitious and driven individual to join the company as their FP&A Manager on a permanent basis.

We're looking for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified FP&A Manager with excellent exposure within a value-add commercial finance function, specifically within an e-commerce business. You will have previous experience in managing stakeholder relations and be a confident and assuring individual who can add value and drive performance through analytics. You will take on the responsibility for all Financial Planning and Analysis reporting across the region for a specific brand, with 1 direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the preparation of the annual marketing plan, and subsequent forecast updates
- Support the e-Commerce and Marketing teams
- Challenge and critique stakeholder plans/forecasts by use of commercial awareness and historic data/trends
- Report on business performance through Brand reporting packs
- Manage an FP&A Analyst and support the Head of FP&A
- Review monthly and quarterly results, summarising financial and operational performance for stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will have prior FP&A experience with motivation to come in and support growth within a function, developing processes and business partnering effectively with commercial leaders. You will naturally have advanced Excel and ideally, previous experience within a fast-paced consumer-focused retail business.
