Temporary Cleaner

We are in search of a Temporary Cleaner to provide cover for long-term sickness at Norwich Market Place. This role is perfect for someone who is dedicated, reliable, and takes pride in their work, ensuring public spaces are clean and welcoming.
Day to day of the role:
- Working hours on Monday and Tuesday are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, totalling 20 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include litter picking, maintaining the cleanliness of Norwich Market Place, and the regular cleaning and maintenance of public toilets.
- You will also be tasked with de-weeding and ensuring the general tidiness of the area.
- The role requires providing friendly and professional interaction with the public.
Additional Hours:
- An additional 17.5 hours spread over 3 days, providing general support to the Norwich cleaning team across various locations.
- Duties will vary weekly but may include cleaning public areas of sheltered housing schemes, cleaning public buildings, cleaning void properties, and cleaning sheltered housing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be available between 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A basic DBS check will be conducted.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable and experienced in dealing with the public.
- Immediate availability to start as soon as possible is essential.
