- *Role Overview**:
The Chef de Partie will support the efficient operation of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes under the guidance of the Head Chef or Senior Chef. This role involves ordering quality ingredients, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring timely and attractive food presentation.
- *Key Responsibilities**:
- Order and manage fresh and frozen food supplies
- Maintain stock records and proper storage of deliveries
- Keep kitchen stations and equipment hygienic
- Prepare and envision varying menus, ensuring speed and quality
- Control portions to minimize waste
- Comply with company policies on health and safety
- Collaborate with kitchen and hotel staff for excellent service
- Occasionally work at other company establishments to expand culinary knowledge
