Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the HR Director to:

Advise candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders on safer recruitment processes

Enhance recruitment efforts via job boards and social media platforms

Act as the first point of contact for potential applicants

Address day-to-day HR issues and queries proactively
-
Provide prompt advice on HR procedures and employee counselling

Obtain written reference requests

Assist with payroll processing for starters, leavers, and contractors

Monitor employee absence

Arrange overseas police checks as necessary

Assist with annual safeguarding declaration communications
-
Ensure HR data management complies with GDPR
-
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
-
Assist line managers with interview setup

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law

Participate in interviews
Requirements:
- Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification
- Experience within the Education sector
- Familiarity with OFSTED and/or ISI inspections
- Recruitment experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law
