My client is looking for an experienced Accountant to join them on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract to cover a period of maternity leave. You will be responsible for Management Accounting and year-end for various entities within the organisation.

The main responsibilities in this role will include:
- Managing the year-end audit for several companies - production of the reporting packs and dealing with tax queries
- VAT Returns
- Managing CAPEX
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
- Managing intercompany balances and transactions
- Managing 1 direct report
Profile
- Qualified Accountant / Qualified by Experience with relevant experience in financial accounting
- Experience within manufacturing or experience of working in a stock-related business
- The confidence to liaise with non-financial stakeholders across the organisation
- The ability to start the role by the end of June and commit to the full 9 month contract
Job Offer
Between £55,000 and £65,000 dependent on experience
