We have an exciting opportunity for an Expeditor & Internal Sales Administrator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a specialist manufacturer within the industrial sector, working to design and manufacture pneumatic and hydraulic goods.
Responsibilities of the Expeditor & Internal Sales Administrator
- Receive and respond to customer enquiries via email or telephone.
- Create and maintain Sales reports.
- Prepare and send quotations.
- Follow up on Orders and Shipments.
- General Admin duties.
- Process orders.
- Coordinate shipping instructions with the Operations team.
Requirements for a successful Expeditor & Internal Sales Administrator
- Previous Administration experience within a sales and manufacturing environment.
- Good telephone manners.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
