The Client:
The Client is a leading national Tier 1 construction contractor who works on a national basis across various different sectors, education, commercial, healthcare etc. With values from £30m-£40m.
Experience and Qualifications required:
- Ensures all estimates are produced in accordance with the estimating department procedures
- Reviews all estimates
- Estimate and produce project and corporate documentation
- Present estimating / tendering information
- Input on knowledge sharing and learning to develop an innovative team
- Help identify the supply chain based on an informed and well developed understanding of the market
- Maintain commercial, technical, legal and insurance knowledge of current market
- Produce budget pricing in accordance with available information
- Produce cash flows for tendering purposes when required
- Collaborate with other members of the team on the tender process on larger or more complex projects as and when required
