Programme Manager (HR/Payroll Software)

Location:

UK, Remote (with some travel to clients)

JGA are partnered with a fantastic Payroll & HR services business seeking a Programme Manager to join their team. Managing customer relationships, programme plans, budgets and commercial margins.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed programme plans.
  • Managing programme and change activities.
  • Working with Implementation Executives.
  • Reporting on Programme performance.
  • Identifying continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills:

  • Experience working on large scale and complex HR/Payroll Transition projects.
  • Demonstrable experience as an HR/Payroll Programme Manager.
  • Able to support commercial teams on sales pipelines.
  • Accustomed to working towards delivery timelines.
  • Partnering with stakeholders.
