to join the team.

Location: Queens Drive Campus, Swindon, SN3 1AH

Hours: 0.6FTE fixed term contract to 20th December 2024, rising to 1FTE on 6th January 2025

Salary: £34,956-£39,132 per annum (1FTE)

Princes Trust Senior Team Leader – The Role:

The Prince's Trust programmes are development programmes for young people aged 16-25.

As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for running the Prince's Trust team and Achieve Programmes on a daily basis ensuring planning, administration and delivery is completed to the highest standard and accessing assistance from the wider College team as needed. Working with the Prince's Trust team, you will utilise required resources to ensure excellent learner experience that meet budget and operational KPIs.

Princes Trust Senior Team Leader - Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with referral partners and College departments to identify suitable candidates
  • Inspire young people to take control of their lives by leading them through the Programmes
  • Create engaging materials and activities to challenge and develop participants
  • Monitor and report on participant progress and outcomes, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Follow and promote college Safeguarding and Health and safety policy
  • Manage day-to-day programme operations, ensuring KPIs are achieved
  • Champion the work you do, and the work of the College, ensuring programme integration with College services

Princes Trust Senior Team Leader – You:

  • You have a passion for making a difference
  • Experienced in working with young people and may well have been a teacher or youth worker
  • You have experience in leading a team
  • You are aware of the challenges facing young people in Swindon.
  • Inclusive, non-judgemental and inspirational approach to helping young people
  • Familiar with the demands of juggling delivery and paperwork and have methods for keeping on top of your workload
  • Demonstrate mental resilience, but capable of asking for help when struggling
  • Think outside the box and are looking forward to bringing your own flare to the role
