#### Key Responsibilities: -

  • *Caseload Management:** Handle your own caseload of predominantly RTA cases, involving a variety of injuries, including minor traumatic brain injuries. - **Claims Pursuit:** Manage claims from start to finish, utilising the case management system to ensure efficiency. -
  • *Value Assessment:** Continually assess the potential value of claims, including the review of medical records where necessary. -
  • *Service Standards:** Ensure compliance with agreed service standards. - **Stakeholder Communication:** Maintain effective communication with clients, insurers, expert witnesses, and solicitors. -
  • *Administrative Duties:** Perform necessary administrative tasks to support case management.

#### Essential Skills and Competencies: -

  • *Experience:** Previous experience in claimant personal injury case handling, specifically in both MOJ and Fast Track procedures.
  • **Procedural Knowledge:** Proficiency in conducting proceedings under both Part 8 and Part 7 procedures.
  • **Team Player:** Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • **Initiative:** Capable of using own initiative and working to strict deadlines. - **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • **Attention to Detail:** High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
