Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Alternative Saturdays

The successful New Homes Sales Manager will be offered:

  • Basic of £53,000
  • OTE of £85,000 (Uncapped)
  • Annual award trips and prizes

New Homes Sales Manager requirements:

  • Have previous Estate Agency and New Homes experience.
  • Be target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times.
  • Display high standards of service and presentation.
  • Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
  • Full UK driver's license

Key tasks of a New Homes Sales Manager:

  • Work closely with the local branch teams to ensure sales performance and instruction opportunities are maximised.
  • Support clients to maximise the marketing of their stock units using our industry-leading offering.
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
  • Be responsible for Client management of all New Homes developer clients for the region.
