**Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and operational performance analyses.
- Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analysing causes of unexpected variances.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations for the management team and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the FP&A function.
