Telesales Advisor
Our client is a seeking a new Telesales Advisor to join their growing business based in Watford.
Working fully on site with an impressive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with a bonus scheme in place.
An effective Telesales Advisor must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers
- Answer queries about products or services
- Liaise with other teams where necessary
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Succeed and exceed all targets set
Requirements:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is preferred
- Good knowledge of relevant computer IT skills
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent English both oral and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
