Responsibilities:
- Manage and look after your own vibrant and diverse portfolio of clients
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships becoming the go-to for clients
- Lead a teaam, overseeing the production of the work to deliver a fantastic service
- Work collaboratively with directors and other departments to support the overall delivery of services to your portfolio
- Wow clients daily, getting to know their business to deliver great experience
- Contributing to our growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with potential new clients
- Undertaking ;larger, more complex assignments with the support of the wider accounts team
- Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery
- Coach and develop the accounts team and line reports
About You:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Have practice experience as a practice manager or assistant manager
- Have worked with a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses
- Be tech-savvy with a knowledge of CCH desirable
- Be a superb leader that energises those around you
