Sales Administrator
Location: Armley, Leeds, LS12
Position: Office-Based, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday
£25,000 - £28,000 Per annum depending on experience
We are a leading firm in our industry supplying security solutions and are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to work alongside our fantastic team to provide excellent service to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering & logging sales related calls
- Noting down messages from customers on our CRM system
- Handling customer payments
- Dealing with stock queries
- Keeping customers updated
- Speaking with logistics firms ensuring timely delivery of supplies
- Resolving customer queries
- Completing relevant sales paperwork and filling correctly
- Dealing with some accountancy based tasks as required
- Other admin related tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Sage software experience is ideal but not preferable.
