Location: Armley, Leeds, LS12
Position: Office-Based, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday

£25,000 - £28,000 Per annum depending on experience

We are a leading firm in our industry supplying security solutions and are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to work alongside our fantastic team to provide excellent service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering & logging sales related calls
  • Noting down messages from customers on our CRM system
  • Handling customer payments
  • Dealing with stock queries
  • Keeping customers updated
  • Speaking with logistics firms ensuring timely delivery of supplies
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Completing relevant sales paperwork and filling correctly
  • Dealing with some accountancy based tasks as required
  • Other admin related tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sage software experience is ideal but not preferable.
