**Your role as Audit Senior/Assistant Manager
At our client's growing office in St Albans, you'll play a key part in a thriving audit team, providing a broad range of audit, advisory, and accounting services to a diverse clientele. You'll use your expertise to:
- Manage audits with turnovers up to £350 million, liaising closely with managers, directors, and partners
- Ensure audits are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget
- Supervise, train, and assist junior staff
- Prepare draft statutory accounts and consolidated accounts under FRS102, IFRS, and FRS101
- Draft recommendations for management following audit fieldwork
**What you'll need to succeed as Audit Senior/Assistant Manager
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or near qualification)
- At least 2.5 years' experience in a similar sized practice with extensive audit experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with clients and staff
- Ability to manage both straightforward and complex audit jobs
- Up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
- Passion for delivering quality and ensuring client satisfaction
- Organised, commercially minded, and flexible
