Job Title: HR Advisor
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent (Hybrid working)
Salary: £33,488 - £37,715 per annum
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join our Ashford based client. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to managers and employees within the organisation. This role will involve handling a wide range of HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training and development, policy implementation, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Deal with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and developments
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
