The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our agency. This position offers excellent growth potential, including the opportunity to progress to managing your own desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for automotive industry positions
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage a consistent workflow of roles
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments
- Support senior recruiters in filling job orders
- Maintain accurate records in our database
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident and proactive, especially in phone communications
- Passionate about recruitment and the automotive industry
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Well-organized with good time management abilities
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment is preferred
- Alternatively, experience in sales, customer service, or working in an automotive dealership will be considered
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with database management

- Office attendance required 2-3 times per week minimum
