The Role:
They are seeking a seasoned senior recruitment professional to join the business as an Associate Director to set up their Risk & Compliance division. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-impact division that plays a critical role in shaping the future of the business and the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand the Risk & Compliance division, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and extensive network.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and their teams to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies that align with their clients' DEI goals.
- Drive business growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and innovative recruitment solutions.
- Deliver exceptional results, whether through managing a high-performing team or focusing on personal billing.
About You:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Risk & Compliance recruitment, with a proven track record of success within the Investment Management, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Institutional Investors, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets sectors.
- Leadership: You have managed teams with billings exceeding £1m+ OR are a top-performing biller who prefers to focus on individual contributions rather than team management.
- Network: You are an established, respected figure in the Risk & Compliance recruitment space, with a strong network and a reputation for excellence.
- Passion: You are driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on the industry, with a commitment to fostering DEI in every placement.
