Position: Glass Cutter/Processor Location: North London branch Salary: Negotiable Job description: Duties will include; · You will need to be experienced in cutting glass of various thicknesses using a computerised cutting table · Cutting glass by hand using straight edge, tape and glass cutting tools · Sealing and making double glazed units using a hot melt machine · Lifting and manoeuvring of glass sheets by manual handling and by overhead crane- (training can be provided) · Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles and glazing lorries · To carry out a monthly stock return glass and associated products · A fork lift licence would be beneficial This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday – Friday working hours between 08.00am- 17.00pm, applicant must be flexible when required & over time may be available when required. Only people with extensive knowledge of glass cutting / processing need apply.
