Accounts Assistant
Hybrid Working (3 days WFH / 2 days office), Permanent
Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for a permanent Accounts Assistant for an ever-growing merchant company in North Leeds. This role is joining a well-established and close-knit finance team, who are now looking for additional team members due to growth. The position will cover all aspects of general transactional finance as well as some finance admin responsibilities.
Key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant:
- Sales and Purchase ledger processing
- Direct debt preparation and administration
- Sales invoice preparation
- Credit control
- Reconciliations
- Contribute to timely month end completion
- Credit card and expenses administration
- General Finance/office administration
- Assist with annual audit queries
To be successful considered for the Accounts Assistant role. you will bring the following experience / skills:
- Experienced in transactional accounts
- Previous finance experience (minimum of one year)
- AAT qualifications (beneficial, not essential)
- Excel / SAGE 50 system knowledge beneficial
