The Second Line IT Support Engineer Role:
Working as part of a small team of L2 Engineers, you will be a key point of escalation for IT and Server issues raised from the L1 Engineers. Your customer service skills will play a pivotal part in upholding the first-class reputation achieved from their established client base. You will also liaise with L3 Engineers when it comes to escalating more complex technical problems.

Second Line IT Support Engineer Skills:

  • Previous experience providing 2nd Line Technical Support
  • Previous MSP Experience (Desirable)
  • Strong knowledge within IT Infrastructure components
  • Strong knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
  • Relevant IT Certification(s)
