This is an entry level Finance role and all training and onboarding will be provided. The role is based in Beaconsfield our client is looking for someone to join their Finance Teams. This role would suit someone starting out in their career in Accounting. Our client will on-board, nurture you and your skills to become a vital part of the team.
The Role:
- Matching invoices and reconciliation and PO's.
- Manage weekly supplier payment runs.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Maintaining purchase ledger with correct and accurate details
- Liaising with suppliers regarding queries arising from the supplier statements
- Inputting new suppliers and updating supplier records accurately
- Invoice filing/other adhoc filing
- Query chasing and resolution.
- Working within company policies, reviewing systems and improving processes where needed
About You:
- Keen drive to work within the finance sector
- Ideally experience of in a finance role or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team focused
- Excellent communicator
- Able to work to tight deadlines, manage work loads
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
