Locum Biomedical Scientist
Role: Managing the Day-to-Day Routine Haematology & Coagulation Sections

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within the Haematology and Coagulation sections.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of haematology and coagulation samples.
- Maintain high standards of laboratory practice and quality control.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and provide training as required.
- Handle complex cases and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage stock levels and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist.
- Significant experience in Haematology and Coagulation.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
