Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join a highly successful Food Production company based in Alton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business. This role is an IMMEDIATE start temp to perm.
The duties and responsibilities will include as follows:
- Operating of specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times.
- Supervising other staff working on site.
- Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur.
- Ensuring orders are met to high standards of quality.
- Reporting any Out of Spec Products/Machinery issues/Non-Conformances to Supervisor / Production manager promptly.
- Monday to Friday 06:00 - 15:00 (40 hours a week)
Requirements for the position:
- Previous experience in machine operation
