Description
The Supply chain Manager will be responsible for;
- Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
- Develop and implement effective strategic plans to improve supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with key internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyse and evaluate supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards in all supply chain processes.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve set objectives and targets.
- Handle any supply chain issues or disruptions swiftly and effectively.
- Support business growth to develop Global supply chain functions
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management in the retail industry.
- Able or willing to overhaul and set up an new Supply chain Team within an SME
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supply chain data.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain software and tools.
- Ability to work in the Office 5 days per week in Malmesbury
