Reward Manager

Posted by Frazer Jones.

Frazer Jones are partnering with a market leading and incredibly well-respected media company to find them Reward Manager to join their small team in London (hybrid, 2 days per week).

Reporting directly to the Global Director of Reward, this is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Reward/Compensation Analyst looking to step up into the "number 2" role and gain the title of Reward Manager, as well as the chance to work in a truly global role supporting a complex compensation model spanning multiple divisions and locations.

The organization has a fantastic reputation, both in their industry, and also as an employer of choice - offering flexible working practices and a DE&I / Wellbeing approach that they truly believe in and embrace, rather than just as a tick-box exercise.

So if you're looking for a role where you can really make a difference, work with autonomy, and be a true subject matter expert, while working for a company that genuinely cares about you then this could be the ideal opportunity.

What they are looking for is a highly capable and analytically minded Reward Analyst / Compensation Analyst with at least 2-3 comp cycles at an employer, ideally supporting an international population but not essential.

There is a small amount of involvement on the Benefits side, but the role is predominantly Compensation focused so they do want someone with relevant experience and skills in this area.

One of the key "must haves" for the role though is solid experience of using Workday to a high level, and to be considered candidates must be familiar with the Workday Advanced Compensation Module. Because of this requirement they would also consider HRIS specialists with the relevant Workday skills and experience who are looking to move into a Reward role.

Duties will include;

  • Amending, imputing, or creating new compensation plans using the Compensation and Benefits module of Workday,
  • Acting as global lead on the annual salary reviews using the Workday Advanced Compensation Module.
  • Creating and designing reports to produce insightful reward analytics, that can be presented to stakeholders.
  • Support the Global Reward Director in developing the wider global compensation and benefits strategy and any other ad hoc projects that come up.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on global compensation related policies, processes.
  • Be the "go to" person for salary benchmarking and reporting
  • Conducting multi-location benchmarking projects.

Ideal candidates will be immediately available or on a months' notice, and have gained experience working in a busy, commercial, matrixed organisation.

If you're interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact John Bruce at Frazer Jones with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search.
