Front Desk Reception

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our clients as a Permanent Front Desk Receptionist in their Creative offices in London.

Reporting to the Reception Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Handling all reception and administrative duties
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering and redirecting phone calls
  • Managing mail
  • Marketing spare office units within the building
  • Showing premises to prospective tenants
  • Updating social media
  • Basic building management
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal skills

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
