Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for an Assistant Finance Manager based in Cirencester
DAY TO DAY:
- Assist the Finance Manager to lead and manage the accounts receivable team ensuring it functions smoothly
- A point of reference for inter-departmental information and advice
- Ensure accounts receivable aging items are escalated and resolved within a timely manner
- Ensure cash collection is maximised
- Assist the Finance Manager to lead and manage the AP team ensuring it functions smoothly
- Ensure any accounts payable issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner
- To include internal and external audit requirements
- Accruals and prepaids
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and treasury processed
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- AAT Level 4 qualified
- At least 3 years' recent experience in all aspects of the role
- Previous accounts receivable and payable experience
- Team management experience is desirable
- Must be able to work as part of a team and contribute to departmental goals and objectives
- A commercial and professional approach to work
- Ability to use your initiative and problem solve
- Able to multi-task, juggle competing priorities, and work independently under tight deadlines
- Well organised, with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Salary- up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
