Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a degree and has experience working as a Cover Teacher or in a cover supervision role.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to build rapport with students.
- Ability to teach across a variety of subjects at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A flexible and positive approach to teaching, with a commitment to supporting students' learning.
