Location: Dorking - Free Parking (Must be a driver and have own car as ths role requires travel)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Our client due to growth are seeking a business development manager to join their vibrant team.

Daily Duties:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with IFAs to promote our products.
  • Maintain meticulous records of account information and key decision makers.
  • Collaborate with IFAs to develop business strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business plans targeting desired clients.
  • Identify new opportunities and initiatives for growth with distributors.
  • Apply your market knowledge and technical skills to drive business development.
  • Ensure our products, communications, and services are tailored to meet customer needs.
  • Stay updated on market developments and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Foster a team environment that encourages idea sharing and best practices.

What are we Looking For??

  • A natural ability to engage clients and present propositions clearly.
  • Commercial acumen with a strong grasp of business requirements.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Sharp analytical skills and a self-motivated, tenacious attitude.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness to overcome challenges and "find a way" to do business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Sales CRM platforms.
  • A valid UK driving license and your own car.
