Our client due to growth are seeking a business development manager to join their vibrant team.
Daily Duties:
- Cultivate strong relationships with IFAs to promote our products.
- Maintain meticulous records of account information and key decision makers.
- Collaborate with IFAs to develop business strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and execute business plans targeting desired clients.
- Identify new opportunities and initiatives for growth with distributors.
- Apply your market knowledge and technical skills to drive business development.
- Ensure our products, communications, and services are tailored to meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on market developments and ensure compliance with regulations
- Foster a team environment that encourages idea sharing and best practices.
What are we Looking For??
- A natural ability to engage clients and present propositions clearly.
- Commercial acumen with a strong grasp of business requirements.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Sharp analytical skills and a self-motivated, tenacious attitude.
- Creativity and resourcefulness to overcome challenges and "find a way" to do business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Sales CRM platforms.
- A valid UK driving license and your own car.
