We are seeking a Customer Order Administrator / Processor to join our clients team based in Braintree where you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-quality service and support. Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Order Processor, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing Sales Orders: Accurately inputting and managing sales orders from customers, ensuring all details are correct and processed efficiently.
- Answering Enquiries: Responding to customer phone and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
- Liaising with Couriers: Managing any delivery problems by liaising with couriers and ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Arranging Returns: Organising product returns and exchanges, following company procedures to ensure smooth and hassle-free transactions.
- Raising Purchase Orders: Creating and sending purchase orders to suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled.
