2nd Line Support Engineer

We are currently working with a growing MSP IN Bristol looking to expand their team due to exponential growth over the last year. Providing support to various sectors, you would be joining an effective IT Support Team dedicated to delivering fast, effective and expert support to its clientele.

The Role:

  • As a hybrid 1st/ 2nd Line Engineer, you will be a key member of the service desk providing top notch customer service.
  • Liaising with colleagues at different levels of the service desk to determine the most effective course of action.
  • Responding to tickets and prioritising the most urgent issues.

Requirements:

  • MSP Experience (Essential)
  • Good understanding of Networking Topologies such as TCP/IP, VLAN, Routers, VPN's and Firewalls.
  • Office 365 (Intune, SharePoint and Exchange)
  • Hyper-V/VMware

Desirables:

  • Experience with Draytek routers.
  • Prior experience with Azure or AWS.
