Looking for an IT Operations Manager for a leading MSP based in York, to assist with the work load of the Head of IT Operations.
This role will be covering 1st/2nd/3rd/Infra/Networking/Telephony & Data centres, and will be a people centric position (both within the company & their customers), so because of this, previous experience working in an MSP/Retail is required.
You will be looking at process improvements, solving wider business problems & looking holistically at what they are doing - for example, someone might fix a problem - but this person then needs to look at the likelihood of that problem appearing elsewhere, or again, so looking at bigger fixes.
Flexibility is important for this role as you must be able to handle between 30-60 projects at once, these can range anywhere between 48hrs to 3-6 months in length.

- Hybrid - on site 4 days per week initially, which will then be reduced to 3.
