As a Business Analyst at Gentoo, you will be instrumental in driving meaningful business transformation across the group. Serving as a key partner to all functions you will apply your skills and expertise to facilitate both strategic initiatives and operational enhancements. If you thrive on the challenges of business change and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. In additional to working on a range of compelling strategic projects, you will play a crucial role in delivering tangible value by identifying, analysing, and resolving business problems.
With paid time off to study for a professional Business Analyst qualification, Gentoo will support you throughout your development journey and help you to apply your learning in a practical way.

  • Natural problem solver
  • Understanding of how data can be used to identify opportunities
  • Excellent communications and engagement skills, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with facilitation, influencing and driving decision-making
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and some exposure to project delivery across the business
  • Understanding of the value of Business Analysis as a discipline
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise delivery and plan workload accordingly
  • Commitment to learning and willingness to dedicate own time to completion of professional qualification and continued professional development
