Social Media Manager - Ecommerce Homeware Brand

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing social strategies and managing day to day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling and engagement across all channels. This role requires a hands-on approach with a strong focus on producing high-quality content, monitoring its performance and ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of social strategies.
  • Plan, create, and publish content for all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pineterst).
  • Attend photoshoots to capture behind-the-scenes content and create engaging material.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Edit and produce videos for various social media platforms to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Identify, collaborate with and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement
  • Regularly analyse social media metrics and prepare reports to track performance against key objectives.

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, ideally in the homeware/ecommerce industry.
  • Experience in content creation, with working knowledge of the adobe creative suite.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, engaging and managing relationships with influencers, including negotiating contracts and partnerships.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to generate fresh ideas.
  • A keen collaborator, always ready to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!

Salary: £40K - £50K depending on experience
