Field Service Engineer
Our client, a leading manufacturer of plastic injection moulding machines are seeking 2 x Field Service Engineers for full time, permanent positions. Ideal candidates will be based relatively centrally with access to North England, Midlands and South East. Candidates should be used to working on the road an flexible to make the occasional, mid-week over night stay. Furthermore candidates must enrol in weekend availability 1 weekend in 4.
Salary -£44,960.15 + Overtime paid at 1.35 x hourly rate weekdays, 1.5 x Saturdays and 2.0 x Sundays and Bank Holidays (+ day in lieu).

JOB DESCRIPTION - FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
J ob Purpose: To visit customers and install, start-up, maintain and troubleshoot on injection moulding machines, automation and associated equipment.
Person Profile: Personality: Personable and helpful with a focus on assisting customers and colleagues. Calm under pressure with an ability to show initiative and a solution seeking attitude to the role. Reliable, tolerant and professional.

Specific Qualifications & Job Skills:
- An engineering qualification and training is required with a RECOGNISED ELECTICAL QUALIFICATION (Diploma and above)
- Must have a working knowledge and understanding of plastic injection moulding machines and automation.
- Candidates should be comfortable using notebooks and PC's with knowledge of MS products.
- Good communication skills and flexibility are essential, with a will to find answers through methodical means and attention to detail.
