The suitable Support Worker will:
Have worked a minimum of 6 months with recent experience working within the community with people who have ;
- Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviours, and Mild Mental health disorders,
- Providing Personal Care, Administering Medication, Lone Working or working part of a team.
- Have a flexible approach to work
- Have a passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives
- Own a full UK Driver's License with access to your own vehicle
