What You Will Do
- Collaborate with core teams to identify stakeholders and representatives across the organisation to deliver Electrification Services.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to define and refine Electrification Services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Document customer journey steps and associated service delivery components, contributing to a seamless user experience.
- Work closely with product managers to track questions and action items, defining key measures, metrics, and KPIs.
- Facilitate co-design sessions to design and define key aspects of the customer experience for both home and public charging.
- Produce and share definitive Service Blueprints to support product and delivery teams with system requirements.
What You Will Bring
- Recent knowledge of China's e-commerce ecosystems – specifically how WeChat mini programmes and Alipay solutions are used in registration and subscription payment scenarios.
- Proven experience in Service Design, particularly within customer experience (CX) and digital platform definition.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and co-design sessions.
- Ability to document and articulate customer journeys and service delivery components.
- Experience in defining measures, metrics, and KPIs for service delivery.
