The Role:
For success in this position, we seek an individual who possesses innate interpersonal skills, excels in customer service, and can forge enduring relationships. We are looking for a sales dynamo who demonstrates drive, determination, and the capability to meet deadlines.
While experience or familiarity with Residential Conveyancing is advantageous, it is not mandatory (comprehensive training will be provided).
Candidates should come with a background in Customer Service, Sales, or Business Development.
£25,000 basis salary + commission with £35,000 being the on target salary.
Role:
Provide a proposal to the client based on the information obtained. Follow up the proposal within an agreed timescale to ensure the client feels supported. Convert the proposal to an instruction and onboard them using our onboarding portal. Ensure excellent levels of client care and customer service. Deal with enquiries into the conveyancing team by clients and potential clients looking to instruct the firm with their property transaction. Work towards individual and team targets/KPI's.
