Your new companyHays Education are working with a primary school in the centre of Northampton who are seeking a number of Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistants to join their team on a fixed-term basis.
Your new roleThis new role will be:
- Supporting pupils within the classroom
- Taking Maths and English interventions outside the classroom
- Supporting pupils with SEN needs
- Behaviour management
- Supporting the class teacher
What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will need a full DBS on the update service as well as:
- 2+ years experience working within a primary school
- A Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience with small group work supporting with curriculum
- Knowledge on curriculum including Maths and English
