Key Responsibilities:
- Teach RE to KS3 and KS4 students
- Deliver inspiring and thought-provoking lessons that encourage critical thinking and respect for diverse beliefs.
- Plan and assess lessons according to the national curriculum, adapting for individual pupil needs.
- Promote a positive classroom environment where pupils feel comfortable discussing complex ideas.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the school's ethos and encourage cross-curricular learning.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Specialism in RE, with strong subject knowledge.
- Previous experience teaching RE in a school setting is preferred.
