The company:
Our client prides themselves on providing exceptional property management and lettings services. As a growing team, they are looking for a dedicated Lettings Assistant to streamline processes and support the Company's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of tenancy agreements and related documentation.
- Maintain and update property listings on the internal database.
- Coordinate viewings and liaise with prospective tenants.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Support the team with property inspections and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records and files to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
About you:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
