Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist engineering company who are looking for a Project Manager.
The company manufactures specialist metal products supplying into a wide range of industries.
This role will be a key position within the engineering team, to deliver on projects through manufacturing.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring customer requirements are communicated throughout the business
- Managing customer relationships to ensure expectations are managed and delivered upon
- Managing product launch ensuring all quality and manufacturing considerations have been reviewed and implemented
- Identify and manage project risk
- Promote collaboration and a team approach to delivery
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery
- Managing and communicating cost variations throughout the project
The Project Manager will need:
- An engineering background, ideally degree-qualified
- Experience in project management
- A track record of delivery
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
